1. Scope of Application

These Terms govern all agreements between Blue Sandia S.L. and its clients (both individuals and businesses) relating to the sourcing, development, and management of real estate projects in Spain.
By engaging our services, you accept these Terms as binding.

2. Our Services

We specialise in:

• 🏗 Real Estate Project Sourcing – Identifying and securing suitable properties or land for investment.

• 📐 Project Development – Managing design, construction, renovation, and transformation of assets.

• 🗂 Project Management – Overseeing every stage until project completion and handover.
   

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract exists when:

• You accept our written offer, or

• We confirm your request in writing, or

• Both parties sign a formal agreement.
   

4. Fees & Payment

• All fees agreed in writing before services begin.

• Prices exclude VAT (IVA) and applicable taxes.

• Late payments may incur statutory interest under Spanish law.

• We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
   

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information.

• Secure any required permits or licences (unless otherwise agreed).

• Cooperate fully with our team and authorised agents.
   

6. Our Commitment

We will:

• Deliver services with skill, care, and diligence.

• Keep you updated on relevant project milestones.

• Operate in full compliance with Spanish law.
   

7. Confidentiality

All client data, documents, and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose your information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
This commitment remains in force even after our contractual relationship ends.
 

8.  Data Protection (GDPR)

• We comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.

• Data is collected solely for the fulfilment of our services.

• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

• We never sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
   

9. Liability

• No liability for indirect or consequential losses unless due to gross negligence or intent.

• Liability is capped at the total fees paid for the project in question.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, legal restrictions, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed by Spanish law.

• Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
   

12. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time with prior written notice.
Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
